goop kitchen is seeking a Kitchen Shift Lead to supervise and coach a busy kitchen, ensuring every plate meets our high, health-conscious standards. You will own quality, train across all stations, and support with ordering and inventory, while upholding strict food-safety practices.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of experience as a Lead or Supervisor, ideally in a fast-paced or wellness-focused kitchen
• Strong leadership and communication skills — you know how to motivate a team
• ServSafe certification (or equivalent food safety certification)

Aufgaben

• Supervise, coach, and lead kitchen staff, setting the tone for a positive and accountable shift
• Own the quality, consistency, and presentation of every dish that leaves the kitchen
• Master recipes and techniques across every station so you can train and support the team
• Assist with ordering, invoices, and inventory to help keep the kitchen running smoothly
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards, holding the team accountable throughout the shift
