goop kitchen in Los Angeles is seeking a Kitchen Shift Lead to keep daily kitchen operations running smoothly while upholding our clean, health-conscious standards. You will coach the team in real time, own the quality of every plate, and step in wherever the kitchen needs you most.

This role requires 1+ year supervising in a fast-paced kitchen, ServSafe certification, and strong leadership and communication skills. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, with eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of lead or supervisory experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (18+).
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
• ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification.
• Ability to train and support team across stations.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, coach, and lead kitchen staff on shift.
• Own the quality, consistency, and presentation of dishes.
• Assist with ordering, invoices, and inventory.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
