Job summary

goop kitchen is seeking a Kitchen Shift Lead to oversee daily kitchen operations and uphold the brand’s health-conscious standards. You will coach the team in real time, own the quality of every plate, and step in wherever the kitchen needs you most to keep service smooth.

You’ll supervise, train, and support staff across stations, master recipes, assist with ordering and inventory, and ensure food safety throughout the shift. This is an opportunity to lead in a dynamic and growing brand.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a Lead or Supervisor in fast-paced kitchens.
• ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach kitchen staff during shifts.
• Own the quality, consistency, and presentation of dishes.
• Assist with ordering, invoices, and inventory to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards and ensure accountability throughout the shift.
