Job summary

Responsibilities include training across stations, assisting with ordering and inventory, and upholding food safety and sanitation throughout shifts. Prior leadership and ServSafe certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of lead or supervisor experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
• ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety certification.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and 18+.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and lead kitchen staff during shifts.
• Own the quality, consistency, and presentation of every dish.
• Master recipes and techniques across stations to train the team.
• Assist with ordering, invoicing, and inventory control.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards throughout the shift.
