goop kitchen is seeking a Kitchen Shift Lead to keep daily operations running smoothly and uphold high health-conscious standards. You will act as an extension of management, coaching the team in real time and owning the quality of every plate that leaves the line.

You’ll master recipes across stations, assist with ordering and inventory, and help enforce ServSafe-level food safety in a fast-paced, wellness-focused kitchen.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of experience as a Lead or Supervisor, ideally in a fast-paced or wellness-focused kitchen.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate a team.
• ServSafe certification (or equivalent food safety certification).
• Comfort working in a hot, fast-moving kitchen environment.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, coach, and lead kitchen staff, setting the tone for a positive and accountable shift.
• Own the quality, consistency, and presentation of every dish that leaves the kitchen.
• Master recipes and techniques across every station so you can train and support the team.
• Assist with ordering, invoices, and inventory to help keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards, holding the team accountable throughout the shift.
