Qualifications

• 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• 1+ year of Lead or Supervisor experience in a fast-paced kitchen
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate a team
• ServSafe certification (or equivalent food safety certification)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and lead kitchen staff on shift
• Own the quality, consistency, and presentation of every dish
• Master recipes across stations to train the team
• Assist with ordering, invoices, and inventory management
