Responsibilities

• Handle mise en place for the Lead Cook and prepare ingredients.
• Label every item leaving the kitchen with date, quantity, and use-by date.
• Pack and deliver spoke school orders; ensure temperature control and route timing.
• Distribute pre-orders and manage grab-and-go checkout during service.
• Maintain clean, organized stations and assist with kitchen breakdown.
