Job summary

Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a Steward to maintain the kitchen and surrounding areas in a clean, sanitary condition. You will handle dish and pot washing, sort and clean tableware, and ensure proper sanitation of equipment and workspaces.

The role requires basic safety training, the ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends, and a High School Diploma. Previous stewarding experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma required.
• Previous experience in stewarding preferred.
• Ability to follow safety training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Dish and pot washing; maintain sanitation of kitchen and related areas.
• Sort, clean, and process dishes, silverware, and utensils.
• Clean and sanitize kitchens, equipment, and work surfaces.
• Operate dish machine and related cleaning equipment.
• Handle inventory counts and requisitions as assigned.
• Follow HMMP procedures for chemicals and safety data sheets.
• Maintain positive working relationships with staff and departments.
• Flexibility to work holidays, nights, and weekends.
