Job summary

Opaa! Food Management is seeking dependable kitchen staff to prepare breakfast and lunch offerings and assist with serving lines.

You will participate in occasional catering and perform a variety of kitchen tasks to support the dining program. Responsibilities include set‑up of serving lines, food prep per menu and recipes, operating standard equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring proper food temperatures and portion sizes for customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and follow recipes.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast and/or lunch offerings and assist with serving lines.
• Set up serving lines daily and ensure food held at required temperatures.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders, and other equipment with proper certification.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and dishwashing zones.
• Follow FIFO practices and assist in daily inventory and meal prep.
• Present baked goods and meals to customers with quality presentation.
