Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and follow recipes.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up serving lines and ensure food is held at proper temperatures.
• Assist in food prep and batch cook as required by menu plans.
• Prepare breads, cakes, and other baked goods for service.
• Operate kitchen equipment with proper certification where required.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with safety procedures.
