Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen team and partner with the Store Manager to drive daily operations, uphold food safety standards, and optimize inventory in prepared foods and beverage areas.

You will train and guide Team Members, oversee inventory, and ensure a smooth, guest-focused operation while modeling Casey’s CARES values in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks, and coach for success.
• Manage and influence kitchen operations in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager for accountability of all kitchen activities and maintain 5S standards.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service.
• Model Casey’s CARES values and support team leadership.
• Proficiently perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
