Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead day-to-day kitchen operations, train Team Members, and partner with the Store Manager to deliver a remarkable guest experience. You’ll oversee food preparation areas, ensure safety standards, and drive productivity and profitability across prepared foods and beverages.

In this role, you’ll coach staff, optimize inventory, and uphold Casey’s CARES values while supporting overall store goals.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage inventory.
• Commitment to food safety standards and quality.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegating tasks effectively.
• Under supervision of Store Manager, manage and influence operations in prepared foods and dispensed beverages.
• Partner with Store Manager to ensure 5S standards and smooth daily operations.
• Oversee inventory and maintain stock accuracy.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service.
• Model Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
