Job summary

Casey’s General Stores Inc. is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead the store's kitchen operations.

You will train and guide kitchen Team Members, work with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, and focus on food safety, inventory control, and delivering an outstanding guest experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will drive 5S standards, optimize prepared foods and beverages, and coach staff to uphold Casey’s CARES values.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members and coach for success.
• Manage and influence activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to be accountable for all kitchen activities and maintain 5S standards.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service.
• Model Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
