Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen team and partner with the Store Manager on daily operations. You will train, guide, and engage Team Members while ensuring food safety, inventory controls, and a high quality guest experience.

You’ll oversee prepared foods and dispensed beverages, drive productivity, and uphold Casey’s CARES values in a fast‑paced environment. Prior leadership in a retail kitchen is preferred.

• Clear communication skills and ability to lead a team.
• Ability to train, guide, delegate, and coach kitchen team members.
• Organizational skills for inventory and standards compliance.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks effectively, and coach for success.
• Under Store Manager supervision, manage kitchen activities in prepared foods and beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to maintain 5S standards and smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Address guest concerns related to kitchen service and report to Store Manager.
• Model Casey’s CARES values in daily interactions.
• Perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
