Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead and develop the kitchen team, manage daily operations in prepared foods and beverages, and uphold Casey’s CARES values. You’ll train Team Members, supervise inventory, and partner with the Store Manager to ensure top guest experiences.

You’ll influence 5S compliance, drive profitability, and participate in a fast-paced environment while ensuring food safety standards and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks effectively, and coach for success.
• Manage and influence operational activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with the Store Manager to be accountable for all kitchen activities, maintaining 5S standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service.
• Model and coach to Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Proficiently perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
