Job summary

Casey’s General Stores Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead a hands-on kitchen team under the Store Manager. You will coach Team Members, manage day-to-day kitchen operations, and drive food safety, inventory control, and beverage service to maximize guest satisfaction and profitability.

You’ll collaborate closely with leadership to ensure 5S standards, on-time execution, and adherence to Casey’s CARES values—Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.

• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly in the kitchen area.
