Casey’s is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen alongside the Store Manager, training and guiding Team Members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll manage day-to-day kitchen operations, emphasize food safety, oversee inventory, and influence activities within prepared foods and dispensed beverages to boost productivity and profitability.

You’ll model Casey’s CARES values—Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service—and may cover Store Team Member duties as needed

Qualificações

• Proven ability to lead a kitchen team and drive performance.
• Strong coaching and training skills for Team Members.
• Experience managing inventory and maintaining stock levels.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance.
• Customer service orientation and guest-focused mindset.
