Casey’s is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen team and partner with the Store Manager to ensure a top‑notch guest experience. You will train Team Members, maintain food safety standards, and drive inventory control and daily operations in prepared foods and dispensed beverages.

You’ll coach for success, model Casey’s CARES values, and step in to perform store duties when needed. This role requires strong communication and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing a kitchen team.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
• Ability to manage inventory and control costs.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks effectively, and coach for success.
• Under the supervision of the Store Manager, manage and influence kitchen operations in prepared foods and beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with the Store Manager to be accountable for all kitchen activities, maintain 5S standards, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service and communicate with the Store Manager.
