Casey’s is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead day-to-day kitchen operations, training Team Members, and ensuring top‑notch guest experiences. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to drive food safety, inventory control, and smooth operations in prepared foods and dispensed beverages.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll model Casey’s CARES values, manage 5S standards, and participate in scheduling, coaching, and performance conversations.

• Strong organizational skills for inventory and standards.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks effectively, and coach for success.
• Under Store Manager supervision, manage operational activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to ensure 5S standards and smooth daily kitchen operations.
