Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen team and partner with the Store Manager to deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will train, guide, and engage Team Members, manage day-to-day kitchen operations, and uphold food safety standards in prepared foods and dispensed beverages.

You’ll focus on inventory control, 5S, and daily operations while coaching staff, addressing guest concerns, and modeling Casey’s CARES values.

Qualifications

• Experience training and guiding kitchen team members.
• Ability to maintain 5S standards and smooth daily operations.
• Strong guest-experience focus and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks effectively, and coach for success.
• Under supervision, manage and influence operational activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to maintain 5S standards and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service.
• Model Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Proficiently perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
