Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead day-to-day kitchen operations, train Team Members, uphold food safety, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced Casey’s store.

You will partner with the Store Manager to oversee prepared foods and beverages, manage inventory, maintain 5S standards, and coach for peak performance while modeling Casey's CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a fast-paced kitchen leadership role.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and inventory controls.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Train, guide, and engage kitchen staff and delegate tasks.
• Oversee operations in prepared foods and dispensed beverages.
• Maintain 5S standards and accurate stock levels.
