Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead a hands-on kitchen team and partner with the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll train Team Members, supervise daily operations in prepared foods and beverages, and ensure strict food safety and inventory practices.

You’ll drive performance by coaching staff, maintaining Casey’s CARES values, and stepping in on Store Team Member duties when necessary. A dynamic, fast-paced environment awaits.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks effectively, and coach for success.
• Under Store Manager supervision, manage and influence activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to be accountable for all kitchen activities, maintain 5S standards, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service, keeping Store Manager informed.
• Model and coach Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Proficiently perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
