Casey’s is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead day-to-day kitchen operations, train and engage kitchen Team Members, and collaborate with the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You’ll ensure food safety, manage inventory, maintain 5S standards, and drive productivity in prepared foods and dispensed beverages. This hands-on role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a commitment to Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks effectively.
• Under Store Manager supervision, manage and influence operations in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to be accountable for all kitchen activities, maintain 5S standards, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service.
• Model Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Proficiently perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
