Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead, train, and engage kitchen Team Members while managing day-to-day operations in prepared foods and beverages. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to ensure food safety, inventory control, and a guest-centric experience.

You’ll drive productivity with a focus on quality, standards, and Casey’s CARES values, and you may step into Team Member duties as needed to support our store leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members; delegate tasks and coach for success.
• Under Store Manager supervision, manage kitchen operations in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to ensure all kitchen activities meet 5S standards and run smoothly daily.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service; keep Store Manager informed.
• Model Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
