Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen team, train and engage Team Members, and partner with the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll manage day-to-day kitchen operations, ensure food safety, oversee inventory, and influence activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to maximize productivity and profitability.

You’ll actively train and coach staff, uphold 5S standards, and collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members; delegate tasks and coach for success.
• Coordinate with Store Manager to optimize operations in prepared foods and dispensed beverages.
• Maintain 5S standards and ensure smooth daily kitchen activities.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain stock accuracy.
• Address guest concerns related to kitchen service and keep the Store Manager informed.
• Model Casey's CARES values and assist with Store Team Member duties when needed.
