Casey’s is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead a hands-on kitchen team within a store setting. You will train, guide, and engage Team Members, ensuring food safety and efficient daily operations in prepared foods and beverages.

Under Store Manager supervision, you’ll maintain 5S standards, manage inventory, and address guest concerns while upholding Casey’s CARES values and delivering a superior guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams and training Team Members.
• Strong inventory control and food safety knowledge.
• Proven ability to deliver a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members and delegate tasks.

• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock levels.
