Job summary

Casey's in Minnesota is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen team, work with the Store Manager, and drive exceptional guest experiences through strong supervision of daily operations.

You will train Team Members, manage prepared foods and beverages, maintain 5S standards, supervise inventory, and collaborate to maximize productivity and profitability while upholding Casey's CARES values.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members and delegate tasks as needed.
• Manage kitchen operations in prepared foods and dispensed beverages for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to maintain 5S standards and smooth daily operations.
• Oversee inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Address guest concerns related to kitchen service and communicate with Store Manager.
