Responsibilities

• Train, guide, and coach kitchen Team Members; delegate tasks effectively.
• Under Store Manager supervision, manage kitchen and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Maintain 5S standards and support daily kitchen operations with Store Manager.
• Oversee inventory and keep stock levels accurate.
• Address guest concerns related to kitchen service and inform the Store Manager.
• Model Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Fill in as Store Team Member when needed.
