Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen team and partner with the Store Manager to ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will train Team Members, manage day-to-day kitchen operations, and focus on food safety standards while overseeing inventory and beverage areas.

You will drive profitability by maximizing productivity, coaching for success, and upholding Casey’s CARES values in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to train and guide kitchen Team Members.
• Experience implementing food safety and inventory controls.
• Experience maintaining 5S standards in a retail kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks effectively, and coach for success.
• Under Store Manager supervision, manage and influence kitchen operations in prepared foods and beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to ensure kitchen activities align with 5S and daily operations.
