Casey’s General Stores Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead a busy store kitchen, train team members, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to manage food safety, inventory, and daily operations in prepared foods and dispensed beverages.

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll coach staff, drive productivity, and uphold Casey’s CARES values while maintaining 5S standards and delivering quality meals in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Clear communication with team and Store Manager.

Responsabilités

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members and delegate tasks.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, food safety, and inventory for prepared foods and beverages.
• Partner with the Store Manager to ensure smooth kitchen activities and 5S standards.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and address kitchen-related guest concerns.
• Model Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
