Job summary

Casey’s General Stores Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead and coach the kitchen team alongside the Store Manager. You will oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, emphasize food safety, and drive inventory control in both prepared foods and dispensed beverages to maximize productivity and profitability.

You will train and guide Team Members, coordinate with the Store Manager, and ensure smooth daily operations while upholding Casey’s CARES values and delivering a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks, and coach for success.
• Under Store Manager supervision, manage and influence activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to be accountable for all kitchen activities, maintain 5S standards, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service and keep Store Manager informed.
• Model Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Proficiently perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
