Job summary

Casey’s General Stores Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen team and partner with the Store Manager to drive excellent guest experiences. You will oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, maintain food safety standards, and manage inventory in prepared foods and beverages.

You’ll train and guide Team Members, ensure 5S standards, and support a fast-paced store environment. This role offers growth opportunities and a path to leadership within Casey’s.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen team members and delegate tasks.
• Under Store Manager supervision, manage operations in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to ensure accountability for all kitchen activities and maintain 5S standards.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Address guest concerns related to kitchen service and keep Store Manager informed.
