Casey’s General Stores Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead and train the kitchen team, oversee daily operations in prepared foods and beverages, and ensure food safety and inventory control. You will work under the Store Manager to drive productivity, profitability, and guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes coaching, adherence to Casey’s CARES values, and willingness to perform Store Team Member duties when needed.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, engage kitchen Team Members and delegate tasks.
• Manage and influence operations in prepared foods and dispensed beverages.
• Partner with Store Manager for all kitchen activities and 5S standards.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service.
• Model Casey’s CARES values and support team Members.
