Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead and mentor the kitchen team within the store leadership structure. You will train and guide team members, ensure food safety standards, and help drive profitability in prepared foods and beverage areas.

Under the Store Manager's supervision, you will partner to maintain 5S standards, manage inventory, and handle daily operations while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clear and effective instructions.
• Proven experience leading kitchen teams and delegating tasks.
• Strong organizational skills for inventory control and standards.
• Commitment to delivering a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members and coach for success.
• Under supervision, manage and influence activities in prepared foods and beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with the Store Manager for all kitchen activities and 5S adherence.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service.

• Proficiently perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
