Casey’s General Stores Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead day-to-day kitchen operations and drive exceptional guest experiences in a fast‑paced store setting.

You will train and manage kitchen Team Members, guide beverage and prepared foods activities, and partner with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and profitability. Responsibilities include food safety adherence, accurate stock management, and proactive guest issue resolution while modeling Casey’s CARES values.

Responsibilities

• Train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members and delegate tasks.
• Manage and influence activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to improve performance.
• Ensure kitchen operations run smoothly under Store Manager supervision, upholding 5S standards.
• Oversee inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Address guest concerns related to kitchen service and communicate with Store Manager.
