Casey’s General Stores is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead and develop the kitchen team, ensuring high standards in food safety, inventory, and guest service. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to drive daily operations and profitability in a fast-paced retail kitchen environment.

You’ll train Team Members, uphold Casey’s CARES values, and step in when needed to ensure seamless kitchen performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to train, guide, and coach kitchen Team Members.
• Experience managing kitchen operations and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks effectively, and coach for success.
• Manage and influence operational activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with the Store Manager to be accountable for all kitchen activities, maintaining 5S standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service.
• Model Casey's CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
