Job summary

Casey’s General Store is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen team, train Team Members, and ensure top guest experiences. You will oversee inventory, food safety, and daily operations in prepared foods and beverage areas, while aligning with Casey’s CARES values.

You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to drive performance, implement 5S standards, and step in to perform Team Member duties when needed. This role offers growth and quarterly bonus opportunities.

• Trains, guides, and coaches kitchen Team Members to deliver a guest‑focused experience.
• Ensures food safety standards and handles prep/dispensed beverage areas.
• Maintains inventory and supports 5S standards in kitchen operations.

• Under Store Manager supervision, manage kitchen activities in prepared foods and beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to be accountable for all kitchen activities and daily operations.
