Job summary

Casey’s General Stores Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Manager who will lead day-to-day kitchen operations, train and guide Team Members, and partner with the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience in prepared foods and dispensed beverages.

This hands-on role focuses on food safety, inventory control, and maintaining 5S standards, with opportunities for quarterly bonuses and growth within Casey’s CARES values.

Responsibilities

• Train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members; delegate tasks.
• Manage and influence operations in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to ensure all kitchen activities meet 5S standards and run smoothly.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service.
• Model Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
