Job summary

Casey’s General Stores Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead and develop the kitchen team, ensuring safe, efficient operations and an exceptional guest experience.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to train Team Members and optimize prepared foods and beverage areas for productivity and profitability. You will coach staff, maintain inventory, uphold food safety standards, and model Casey’s CARES values—Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service—while supporting store

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members and delegate tasks.

• Maintain 5S standards and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and stock levels.
• Address guest concerns related to kitchen service.
• Model Casey’s CARES values in daily work.
• Perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
