Casey’s General Stores Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen team, train Team Members, and ensure safe, high-quality food service in prepared foods and beverages.

Under the Store Manager’s supervision, you’ll manage daily kitchen operations, maintain inventory, and uphold 5S standards to boost productivity and guest satisfaction. Responsabilités

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegating tasks and coaching for success.
• Under Store Manager supervision, manage and influence kitchen activities to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to be accountable for all kitchen operations, maintain 5S standards, and ensure smooth daily work.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service and communicate with Store Manager.
• Model and uphold Casey's CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
