Casey''s is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead a hands-on kitchen team and partner with the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members; delegate tasks and coach for success.
• Under Store Manager supervision, manage and influence operational activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages.
• Partner with Store Manager to maintain 5S standards and smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Address guest concerns related to kitchen service with the Store Manager informed.
• Model and coach Casey's CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service; perform Team Member duties when needed.
