Casey’s General Stores Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen team, train Team Members, and partner with the Store Manager to drive daily operations in prepared foods and beverages. You’ll focus on food safety, inventory control, and ensuring smooth service while upholding Casey’s CARES values.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members and delegate tasks.
• Under Store Manager supervision, manage and influence kitchen activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages.
• Partner with Store Manager to be accountable for all kitchen activities and 5S standards.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service.
• Model Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
