Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen team on site in a fast-paced store environment. You will train Team Members, supervise daily kitchen operations, and ensure food safety and inventory controls while driving guest satisfaction.

You’ll collaborate with the Store Manager to maintain 5S standards and deliver strong performance in prepared foods and beverage areas. The role highlights leadership, instruction, and hands-on management with opportunities for quarterly bonuses

Qualifications

• Senior kitchen leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of 5S/food safety standards required.
• Experience managing inventory and prepared foods or beverage areas.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks, and coach for success.
• Oversee kitchen operations in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to ensure 5S standards and smooth daily operations.
• Oversee inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Address guest concerns related to kitchen service and communicate with Store Manager.

• Proficiently perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
