Casey’s is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead hands-on operations in our store. You’ll train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members to deliver an exceptional guest experience under the Store Manager's supervision.

You’ll manage day-to-day kitchen operations, maintain food safety standards, oversee inventory, and optimize prepared foods and beverages to maximize productivity and profitability.

Formación

• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead a team.
• Experience in kitchen operations or food service preferred.
• Ability to train and coach team members.

Responsabilidades

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks effectively, and coach for success.
• Under supervision, manage and influence operational activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages.
• Partner with the Store Manager to ensure 5S standards and smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service.
• Model Casey’s CARES values in daily leadership.
• Perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
