Job summary

Carrabba’s Italian Grill in the United States is seeking a Restaurant Kitchen Manager to oversee prep staff, ensure food quality, and enforce safety and sanitation standards. You will coordinate hiring, training, and shift planning while maintaining inventory and ordering efficiently.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of restaurant management experience, with preference for full‑service casual dining. Relocation and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience, culinary or kitchen management preferred.
• Experience leading in Full-Service Casual Dining or Casual Plus environments is preferred.
• Willingness to relocate and bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and check progress of prep staff to ensure food quality and consistency.
• Assist in hiring and training back-of-house employees.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with company policies and laws.
• Prepare kitchen areas daily to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Manage staffing levels, shift assignments, and inventory/orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, dish, and storage areas.
