Job summary

Carrabba's Italian Grill is seeking a Restaurant Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations, staff scheduling, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards in a full-service casual dining setting.

Lead the prep, inventory, and production processes, ensure menu items meet Carrabba’s specifications, and maintain high guest service levels. Desired candidates are 21+, legally eligible to work in the US, and willing to relocate if needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience in Full-Service Casual Dining preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and relocate if needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise prep staff progress and maintain food quality.
• Assist in hiring and training back-of-house staff.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Prepare kitchen areas daily to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with health inspections and local laws.
• Maintain standards for line checks, recipe adherence, and timing.
• Ensure menu items are prepared per Carrabba’s specifications.
• Manage staffing levels and shift assignments.
• Keep kitchen and storage areas clean and organized.
• Review inventory and place food and supply orders.
• Set high customer service standards through leadership.
