The ideal candidate will have at least one year of leadership experience and a deep understanding of food quality and cost control. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, mentoring kitchen staff, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or Lead Line Cook.
• Ability to work actively on the line in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety standards and ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead all kitchen operations including prep, service, sanitation, and organization.
• Actively work on the kitchen line during peak service periods.
• Train, mentor, and develop line cooks and prep cooks.
