Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting food in a timely manner per recipes and procedures. You will lead a team and ensure a safe, safe, and efficient kitchen environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise the production and preparation of food following established recipes and procedures.
• Enforce employment policies and ensure cleanliness of the restaurant and guest safety.
• Direct productivity to meet efficient food item ticket times.
• Manage Back of House employees, including performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Provide daily feedback during one-on-one sessions for staff development.
• Conduct line Taste & Temp checks as part of inventory and kitchen safety.
• Oversee proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items.
• Ensure safe food handling procedures are followed.
• Monitor food costs, waste, and kitchen labor costs.
• Direct Back of House work by setting hours, schedules, and tasks.
• Train BOH staff on equipment use and cleaning procedures.
• Review applications, interview, and hire or make hiring recommendations.
• Foster a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values and goals.
