Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food items in a timely manner per recipes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and overseeing production and preparation of food per established recipes and procedures
• Enforcing employment policies and ensuring restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
• Directing productivity to maintain efficient ticket times
• Managing Back of House employees including evaluations, coaching and discipline
• Training Back of House staff and conducting line Taste & Temp checks for inventory and safety
• Handling food costs, waste tracking, and labor cost control
