Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting food according to recipes and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food per recipes and procedures
• Enforcing compliance with employment policies and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
• Directing productivity to maintain efficient food item ticket times
• Managing Back of House employees with evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Assisting with development of key staff through daily feedback in one-on-one sessions
• Conducting line Taste & Temp checks for inventory and kitchen safety
• Overseeing proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
• Understanding and enforcing safe food handling procedures
• Managing food costs, tracking waste, and controlling kitchen labor costs
• Directing Back of House work, setting hours, schedules, and task assignment
• Training staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures
• Reviewing applications and hiring or recommending hires for Back of House
• Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values and goals
